  • Justin Kinsella

    BSc Arch B Arch

    Justin studied architecture at Dundee University, with chosen specialisms including Sustainable Design. After graduating, he gained experience working in New York and Dublin, before establishing Harcourt Architects.

    Justin successfully completed and led design and development teams in various sectors including hospitality, offices, large one-off private houses and master-planned communities.

    Justin is director of Harcourt Architects and is interested in Socially & Ecologically Conscious Development and Innovative Construction Technologies.

  • Jandre Oosthuizen

    MEng, Structural Engineering

    Jandre is a skilled Materials Engineer with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Stellenbosch University. His academic foundation paved the way for a career focused on cutting-edge technologies, particularly in 3D Construction Printing (3DCP). With a deep expertise in materials science, Jandre optimises the composition and performance of materials for additive manufacturing, ensuring they meet both efficiency and regulatory standards.

     Jandre is also responsible for overseeing the operations side of the 3DCP process. This dual responsibility allows him to integrate practical, on-the-ground challenges with innovative material solutions, positioning him at the forefront of advancements in the 3DCP industry.

  • T.D. Ruadhán

    Print & Print Management

    After more than 40 years in the printing trade, Terry became interested in 3D additive manufacturing at an early stage after seeing the potential of its application. He established Ireland’s first 3D Bureau before setting up Ireland’s premier distributor of 3D Additive Manufacturing equipment and supplies, Inspire 3D.

    Similarly, T.D. sees the development of 3D concrete extrusion within the construction industry as a credible and necessary response to meeting society’s critical housing shortage in an affordable, efficient and environmentally aware manner.

  • Auveen O'Donnell

    BArch

    Auveen utilises BIM to bring 3DCP ideas to life. She has been working through BIM for the last 7 years, creating detailed 3D models that integrate all aspects of the construction process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Within HTL, she is responsible for producing the architectural drawings and visuals, including the digital models to be printed on-site.

    Digital models provide an instant understanding to all design team members, speeding up the feedback loop, improving inter-profession dynamics, and, overall, producing better-resolved projects.

  • Paul Kelly

    BSc.Arch B.Arch DipArch ARB RIBA

    Having graduated from the University of Dundee School of Architecture in 2004, Paul qualified as a RIBA Chartered Architect in 2005.

    Since then Paul has held senior positions in a number of architectural practices leading design teams on the delivery of numerous high profile projects. His experience covers a wide range of project types including residential, commercial and retail and he always welcomes a new challenge.

  • RICHARD MULLIN

    BSc.Arch B.Arch DipArch ARB RIAI

    Richard has 17 years of professional experience working in the UK and Ireland. He has worked on a variety of projects ranging from health care to urban regeneration projects involving commercial, residential and retail.

    Richard is particularly experienced in detailed coordination with several groups of consultants & end users, enabling him to develop an understanding of complex design, detailing, interfacing, programming & logistical issues.

  • Aniza van den Heever

    BA and BAHons International Relations

    Aniza has a Digital Marketing Management and Communications background and is an experienced Property Manager. Aniza manages the communications and marketing strategies at HTL.tech.

    With a strong foundation in International Relations, Aniza brings a unique perspective to the field of communications and PR. Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of global dynamics, intercultural communication, and effective diplomacy, she successfully applies her marketing, communications, and relationship development skills within the construction technology sector.

  • John A Ryan

    BCL, BL

    John is a lawyer with over 10 years of experience in a broad range of civil and commercial law. He is responsible for overseeing HTL.tech’s corporate governance and compliance. He has a keen interest in technology and engineering and has studied environmental sustainability while working at the Bar of Ireland.

  • Alan Valadez

    BArch, MSc

    Alan holds a Master ́s Degree in Advanced Building Construction achieved in the Universidad Politecnica de Catalunya, He joined the Harcourt Architects team in 2015, specializing in architectural design through 3D visualization tools and has extensive expertise in 3D BIM Modelling. Alan is responsible for producing and transferring 3D Master Files from Revit to Slicer software in order to interface with 3D concrete printing machines

  • Michael Morris

    BArch, B.F.A. Environmental Design

    A faculty member of the Cooper Union and Parsons New York, Michael is an experienced Adjunct Professor with a demonstrated history in higher education industry.

    Michael has taught and lectured at universities including Columbia, Harvard, MIT, IIT, and Cornell, and at academies in Europe and East Asia.

    Michael is an advisory board member of Harcourt Technologies Ltd. Through his associations with NASA, Michael advises on emerging trends and advancements in relation to 3DCP techniques and materials.
