  • Justin Kinsella

    Co-Founder & Managing Director

    Justin Kinsella studied architecture at Dundee University, specialising in Sustainable Design. After graduating, he gained invaluable experience working in both New York and Dublin before founding Harcourt Architects. As Director of Harcourt Architects, Justin has successfully led design and development teams across various sectors, including hospitality, commercial offices, private residential projects, and large-scale master-planned communities.

    In 2020, Justin was tasked by a former Northern Ireland Housing Minister to identify the most effective Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) for delivering affordable housing in Ireland and the UK. This led him and his team at Harcourt Architects to explore emerging Additive Construction (AC) technology. In 2021, Justin co-founded Harcourt Technologies Limited, focusing on developing and utilising this technology to rapidly deliver more sustainable and efficient housing solutions in a compliant and cost-effective manner. Justin's commitment to innovation positions him as a leader in the evolving landscape of construction technology.

  • Richard Mullin

    Director of Construction

    Richard has 20+ years of professional experience working in Ireland, UK and Vietnam. He has worked on a variety of projects ranging from health care to urban regeneration projects involving commercial, residential and retail.

    Richard is particularly experienced in detailed coordination with several groups of consultants & end users, enabling him to develop an understanding of complex design, detailing, interfacing, programming & logistical issues.

    Richard has been at the forefront of advancing 3D Construction Printing (3DCP) technology, particularly in the Irish and UK housing markets. His pioneering work includes being the first architect in Ireland to deliver a BCaR compliant 3DCP house.

  • Paul Kelly

    Director of Projects

    Paul is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the UK and Ireland. He graduated from the University of Dundee School of Architecture in 2004 and became a Chartered Architect with the RIBA in 2005. As Director of Projects, Paul excels in managing comprehensive project lifecycles, including:

    • Strategic Partnerships: Building and maintaining key relationships.

    • Design Development: Overseeing architectural and project design processes.

    • Construction Management: Ensuring efficient project delivery from conception to completion.

    His leadership and technical expertise have been instrumental to the integration of cutting-edge 3DCP technologies into the firm’s architectural solutions, helping to set new standards in innovative construction and design.

  • Terry Ruadhán

    Co-Founder & Head of Logistics & Planning

    After more than 40 years in the printing trade, Terry recognised the transformative potential of 3D additive manufacturing early in its development. This foresight led him to establish Ireland’s first 3D Bureau, where he began pioneering the integration of 3D printing technologies into various industries. Building on this success, he founded Inspire 3D, Ireland’s premier distributor of 3D additive manufacturing equipment and supplies, which has since become a leader in the industry, providing innovative solutions to a diverse clientele.

    Terry is also a strong advocate for the application of AC in the construction sector. He views it as a necessary and innovative approach to addressing the critical housing shortage, offering a solution that is affordable, efficient, and environmentally sustainable. His commitment to advancing this technology reflects his belief in its potential to revolutionise traditional construction methods and improve overall efficiency in building practices.

  • Jandré Oosthuizen

    MEng, Structural Engineering

    Director of 3DCP Operations & Materials 

    Jandre is a skilled Materials Engineer with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Stellenbosch University. His academic foundation paved the way for a career focused on cutting-edge technologies, particularly in 3D Construction Printing (3DCP). With a deep expertise in materials science, Jandre optimises the composition and performance of materials for additive manufacturing, ensuring they meet both efficiency and regulatory standards.

     Jandre is also responsible for overseeing the operations side of the 3DCP process. This dual responsibility allows him to integrate practical, on-the-ground challenges with innovative material solutions, positioning him at the forefront of advancements in the 3DCP industry.

  • Auveen O'Donnell

    BIM Co-ordinator

    Auveen is at the forefront of innovation at HTL, leveraging her extensive expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to revolutionise the way Additive Construction ideas are brought to life. With eight years of experience in BIM, she creates intricate 3D models that integrate all aspects of the construction process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

    In her role, Auveen is responsible for producing the architectural drawings and visuals, along with the digital models to be printed on-site. Her contributions go beyond mere technical execution; she provides clarity and cohesion to the design team, facilitating a shared understanding that speeds up the feedback loop and enhances collaboration across various disciplines. This synergy leads to well-resolved projects that exceed expectations.

  • Aniza van den Heever

    BA Hons International Studies

    Head of Communications & Marketing

    Aniza has a background in Digital Marketing Management and Communications, paired with experience as a Property Manager. At HTL.tech, she leads communications and marketing strategies tailored to the innovative field of additive construction (AC).

    With a foundation in International Relations, Aniza brings a globally informed perspective to her role, ensuring messaging resonates across diverse markets. Her expertise in intercultural communication and diplomacy allows her to effectively bridge technical advancements in additive construction with clear, impactful narratives. By leveraging her skills in strategic communications, relationship development, and brand positioning, Aniza plays a pivotal role in promoting HTL.tech’s advanced solutions. Her focus on delivering compelling content helps drive awareness, foster industry partnerships, and support the adoption of sustainable construction technologies across HTL.tech’s territories.

    Head of Governance & Compliance 

    John is a lawyer with over 10 years of experience in a broad range of civil and commercial law. He is responsible for overseeing HTL.tech’s corporate governance and compliance. He has a keen interest in technology and engineering and has studied environmental sustainability while working at the Bar of Ireland.

  • Garrett Harte

    Communications and Public Relations Advisor

    Garrett Harte is a corporate communications and public affairs expert with over 25 years’ experience. He is founder of Harte Media, a strategic communications agency that advises on media relations, reputation management and public affairs advocacy with a client portfolio in Ireland, UK and the U.S. 

    As the former Editor-in-Chief of Newstalk, Ireland’s independent talk radio station, Garrett shaped the national current affairs and business debate over many years and is regarded as a go-to advisor for business leaders, c-suite executives and media professionals.

    Garrett has an extensive network of top media professionals, political influencers, and sectoral leaders, including some of the country's most esteemed broadcasters, politicians, and executives. His frank yet personable approach has earned him a reputation for expert counsel in media, reputation management, and public affairs. He is the current Chairman of the Donegal Dublin Business Network and was awarded the Public Affairs Business Person 2022 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation.

  • Ivan Sorokyvskyi

    Ivan is a graduate of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, where he earned a master’s degree in engineering and equipment maintenance. He has experience working in the oil and gas industry as a pump station operator. During this time, he gained extensive knowledge and practical skills in the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring stable and efficient equipment operation.

    Currently, he is advancing in the innovative field of Additive Construction. He has successfully mastered cutting-edge additive construction technologies, as he firmly believes they represent the future of production. His work combines practical engineering expertise with a modern approach to innovation, allowing him to efficiently solve tasks of any complexity.

    He is committed to continuous growth, quickly adapting to new challenges and confidently adopting technologies that help improve production processes.

    Director of Training and Education

    Mary brings a wealth of expertise in educational programme development and training. With a Master’s in Training and Education and a Postgraduate qualification in Educational Programme Design and Validation from Maynooth University, she is dedicated to advancing the field of Additive Construction through innovative and impactful training initiatives.

    In her current role, Mary is responsible for developing and overseeing training courses and educational programmes that equip professionals with the skills needed to excel in this rapidly evolving industry.   • Vasyl Pylypiv

    3DCP Print Operator

    Vasyl Pylypiv is a committed professional serving as a 3DCP Print Operator. He graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical Institute of Oil and Gas, earning a Bachelor's degree in Well Drilling and qualifying as a Drilling Engineer. With a decade of experience on drilling rigs, Vasyl has held roles as a Drilling Technology Engineer and a Drilling Quality Control Supervisor. This extensive background has equipped him with in-depth knowledge of complex mechanisms and fluid hydraulics, which are invaluable in his current position within the innovative field of Additive Construction.

    Recognised for his sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and collaborative spirit, Vasyl thrives on challenges and actively seeks opportunities to expand his expertise. His adaptability and openness to change are key strengths that propel his professional development and contribute to his success in the industry.

  • Ved Wanjare

    B.Tech Mechatronics Engineering, MSc Corporate Finance

    Financial and Operations Administrator

    Ved has a diverse academic background in Mechatronics Engineering and Corporate Finance, equipping him with strong analytical and technical skills. After earning his bachelor's degree from Pune, India, he completed a master's in Corporate Finance at the University of Galway and is currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Construction Innovation.

    Advisory Board Member 

    A faculty member of the Cooper Union and Parsons New York, Michael is an experienced Adjunct Professor with a demonstrated history in higher education industry.

    Michael has taught and lectured at universities including Columbia, Harvard, MIT, IIT, and Cornell, and at academies in Europe and East Asia.

    Michael is an advisory board member of Harcourt Technologies Ltd. Through his associations with NASA, Michael advises on emerging trends and advancements in relation to 3DCP techniques and materials.
