SHED 4 Framework

HTL, in partnership with Creagh Concrete, has been awarded a place on the Social Housing Emerging Disruptors (SHED 4) Framework, a £100 million UK initiative aimed at transforming the social housing sector. The framework focuses on driving innovation, improving efficiency, and cutting costs by connecting public sector clients and social landlords with a diverse range of forward-thinking organizations, including start-ups, SMEs, voluntary groups, and established industry leaders.

Launched to address key challenges in the sector, the SHED 4 Framework—managed by Procurement for Housing (PfH)—provides a platform for innovative solutions that tackle issues such as affordability, sustainability, and operational efficiency. By fostering collaboration across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, it enables participants to deliver impactful services and products that meet the evolving needs of social housing providers.
